SINGAPORE PICKLEBALL 
NOVICE 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Singapore Pickleball Novice 2026 shall be held on 31 Jan, 1 Feb, 7 Feb, 8 Feb 2026​.

  • The Singapore Pickleball Novice 2026 is one of the sanctioned tournaments by Singapore Pickleball.

  • This tournament is open to all Singapore Citizens and Residents of Singapore who are Singapore Pickleball (SPA) Individual Members or Members of Singapore Pickleball (SPA) Affiliates; and Visitors on Short Term Visit Pass.

  • SPA Individual membership is open to all residents in Singapore who are interested in pickleball, regardless of sex, race, religion and age. Individual members do not have any voting rights.​

  • If you wish to participate in this tournament and are not part of an Affiliate, you may apply to join as an SPA Individual member.​

Tournament Eligibility

This tournament is only for Novice Players - defined as players with Pickleball playing experience of 2 years or less and shall not have medalled in any Pickleball Competitions (individual divisions, excluding team divisions) that is open to public registration, local or overseas by the time of registration opening.


Ineligible participants shall be disqualified immediately regardless of progress in the tournament.  Any feedback or queries on a player’s eligibility may be sent to tournaments@singaporepickleball.com.sg.

SPA Individual Membership Information​​

  • Please visit https://app.joinit.com/o/singapore-pickleball/ to join and select the applicable membership options. (Please note that an administrative fee of $10.50 will apply for any changes to your membership details.)

  • After completing your payment, you will receive an initial email acknowledging receipt of your membership application.

  • Applicants for individual membership will have their names posted on the SPA notice board for one week (7 days). If no objections are raised during this period, the applicant shall be accepted for individual membership.

  • A second email will be sent to confirm that your membership has been approved.

  • Players can register for the tournament while applying for the individual membership.

  • Registration fees:

    • SPA Individual Members or Members of SPA Affiliates Only

      • $70 per player per division (Open, Masters, Seniors)

    • SPA Individual Membership Requirement waived

      • $45 per player per division (Youth)​

    • Foreign Visitors on Short-Term Visit Pass

      • $85 per player per division (Open, Masters, Seniors)​​

      • $60 per player per division (Foreign visitor Youth)​

    • Team Challenge

      • $350​

  • Registration Opening: 10 December 2025 (1200hrs)

  • Registration Closing: Extended to 10 Jan 2026 (2359hrs)

    • Or when specific divisions are filled, whichever is earlier.

    • No new registrations will be accepted.

  • Registration locked down date: 16 Jan 2026

    • No more changes will be accepted.

  • Withdrawal and refund requests shall be made by 16 Jan 2026. The refund shall be subjected to a $10.50 administrative charge. There shall be no refunds for Requests made after 16 Jan 2026.

  • Information required for all Players during registration, including doubles partners.

  • For doubles registration, only one partner is required to register.

  • For Team Challenge registration, only the team captain needs to register for a slot. An email will be sent to the team captain to submit the Team Name and the list of players.

    • The team captain may or may not be a team member.​
